   Thank you for writing all the details. I am a bicycle traveller too. Planning to go solo in 2020. Can you suggest me the best time when I may go to Kyrgyzstan. After reading this I think the country is safe for Solo women cyclist. Take care. Happy cycling.

   once again thank you for taking the time during this adventure. great stories. I really like hearing about your provisions. it is often a struggle for me.
   I do have a simple question though…..you must be quite proficient as a bicycle mechanic ?

     Yup food is always an important topic!
     I can fix most of it – but there is hardly ever anything which needs to be done. I started out with a 13 year old MTB and hardly ever had any issues.
